“I have taken several classes with Lorimer Burns and continue to learn new things from her (and will continue to go back). Her passion for not only art, but for her students is a gift to the community. She makes each student feel individually cared for while shepherding the group as a whole. She has a balanced style of teaching that allows students to explore their interests and talents while learning necessary information to progress (not too loose or too rigid). I feel incredibly lucky to have access to the community studio under her leadership and classes taught by her.”
